When I first saw this video (Earthly Father, Heavenly Father) it really touched my heart. Out of all the things Heavenly Father has created we are the most important to him. We are His children and He loves us. No exceptions.

As a missionary (and a human-being) we have good days and bad days. At the end of each day we always looks for the good things that happened. Sometimes they're big, most times they're small... ALWAYS they are there. Light will always break through the darkness.

I invite everyone to read this talk, From Darkness Into Light, and tell about how you have been brought through darkness from the pure light of Christ.

This is something that I always keep in front of my mind, that we "become His hands". If each person would reach out to their neighbor or someone in need, the world we live in would be a much better place. So step away from the tv, take a breather from your busy life, enlarge your bubble of friends (better yet POP it) and make someone else's life happier today.

What Elder Holland says is true. As missionaries we must be worthy in order to have the honor of serving a mission. I know that as I stay worthy I will be able to speak with the boldness, confidence and companionship of the Holy Ghost that is needed to bring others closer to Christ. So trust your missionaries they will be able to answer your questions, help you in your trials and provide a way for you to come closer to Christ. Stay Within The Lines video

Romans 8:18 "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."

I invite everyone to always remember the good things and the blessings that DO occur in our lives. Don't dwell on the negative and all the hurdles in front of you, look ahead and keep in mind the wonderful future that is waiting for you.

When someone asks me what the most important thing to my life is I immediately think of my family. I don't know what I'd do without them. They've given me support in college, made me smile when I was determined to be grumpy, laughed until we could hardly breathe  and brought me up in this wonderful gospel. I LOVE MY FAMILY. And am so grateful to Heavenly Father for giving them to me

When I came across this quote by President Uchtdorf it really made me think. There are things that each and every one of us have doubts about. My faith in Jesus Christ and living his gospel has always strengthened me. It has never failed me in any way as I follow it's principles... so why would I start to doubt it now?
